Acceptable Use Policy

VersaLyze is software for authorized advertising teams to launch, test, scale, and track their own campaigns and offers within their own connected ad and network accounts. Access is granted per workspace at our discretion.

• Using the platform to advertise or distribute anything illegal, or content that violates the terms of a connected ad network, affiliate network, or platform (TikTok and others).
• Misrepresenting an offer, reward, or wall to a visitor — every reward wall must accurately describe what completing an offer actually requires and pays.
• Targeting minors with incentivized offers, or knowingly routing traffic that violates a network's stated geo, device, or audience restrictions.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limiting, authentication, or the platform's automated spend guardrails.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or reselling access to the platform without authorization.

A published Offer Wall must accurately represent its offers, payouts, and requirements to visitors, must not impersonate a brand or network it is not affiliated with, and must route every click through the platform's tracking so attribution and any required disclosures stay intact.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this policy, with or without notice, and may pause or remove a campaign or wall that we reasonably believe violates it or puts the platform's standing with a connected network at risk.
